Morning all you lovely people out there in the cyberverse.
It’s Saturday and that sees the Dragon, as usual, sitting in the Green Room of one of her favourite places – CURVE theatre, Leicester – as one minibeast is at one Young Company session, another due to start soon and the others are off around the local area to find the #LeicesterMonsters that are, literally, towering above the buildings around the City (check the details out at @Visit Leicester if you fancy a trip out).
We have mentioned before what a creative space Curve Theatre is but it is also such a positive space – witnessed by the fact that they were one of the three finalists for most welcoming theatre in the recent UK Theatre Awards – and positivity is always welcome.
Not the toxic kind of positivity that we were pounded with in the 80s and 90s but gentle positivity, encouraging and reminding us that we are all worth something and that it will be ok – even if one step forward is all you can manage today.
As you can probably guess – one of our final “word inspired” words is positivity and our affirmation bunting seemed the perfect item to showcase. These will be listed soon but are going to be done slightly differently. Once purchased you will be sent a link with all of the phrases we have already created and you can choose which ones you would prefer – or even add your own if that is your preference.
